Our Work
Changing the World, Not People
Four decades of advancing disability rights through advocacy, capacity building, service delivery, research, a lifespan approach, urban & rural presence, and national alliances
At AADI, a person with disability is at the heart of everything we do. We work alongside them to understand their abilities, aspirations, and needs across all impairments, life domains, and stages of life. Our focus is on empowering them and their families, building skills and capacities, and enhancing the quality of life so they can live with dignity, hope, and positivity.
Our vision of an inclusive world drives us to build a network of torchbearers and thought leaders who champion the rights of persons with disabilities. We work to expand reach and impact by enabling access to opportunities within the community and by influencing policymakers and stakeholders to uphold and advance these rights.
